Request Data Deletion

You can request us to delete your data for you

In order for us to complete the request it must be sent to sioltacustomerservice@gmail.com and it must be sent from the email you used to create your account (in the Síolta Android or iOS application). In order for us to process the request send the email with the below information.

Common reasons - error with in-app data deletion tool, requesting to delete verification video, no longer able to access Síolta app.


In-app data deletion performed - yes or no.


Data To Delete

Either "everything" or one or multiple of the following:

  • My group join requests.
  • My messages (this includes images & audio recordings).
  • My meet-ups (meet-ups you created).
  • Group photos I uploaded.
  • My groups (this deletes groups with only you & removes you from groups with others).
  • My profile photos.
  • My verification video.
  • My profile & account.

You can also use "everything not including" followed by one or more of the list above e.g. "delete everything not including my messages & my meet-ups".
